The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show Bus Trip

We’re Taking A Bus!!

THERE’S NO TIME TO WASTE,

SPACE IS VERY LIMITED

Join us for a fun-filled, all-inclusive adventure to The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show, an event that promises excitement and creativity. The Great Wisconsin Quilt Show is a thrilling three-day gathering held in Madison, Wisconsin, dedicated to celebrating the intricate and beautiful art of quilting. You’ll have the opportunity to explore exhibits showcasing truly stunning quilts, shop for the latest and greatest offerings from a variety of wonderful vendors, and discover fresh and inspiring ideas shared by leading quilt educators.

We are planning a memorable two-day excursion, departing on Thursday, September 4, 2025, and returning on Friday, September 5, 2025. This year’s trip is designed to be entirely all-inclusive for your convenience. I have taken care of all the arrangements, including booking a more comfortable bus for the journey, reserving hotel rooms to ensure a restful stay, and securing advance tickets for the show. All you need to do is sit back, relax, enjoy the scenic ride down, and then spend both days at the show at your leisure, soaking in everything this fantastic event has to offer.

The total cost is: $200.00

Itinerary:

9/4: Bus will leave Topstitchery in Roberts by 8:00 a.m. and travel to the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. We will provide light snacks and water. The bus will stop at various rest stops along the way as needed.

We will leave the Alliant Energy Center at 6:00 p.m. and go to the hotel. We are staying at the Baymont by Wyndham Madison West/Middleton, WI. There appear to be several restaurants in the area to chose from for dinner.

9/5: Hotel offers a complimentary breakfast.

The bus will leave the hotel by 8:30 a.m. and go back to the Alliant Energy Center. We will leave the Alliant Energy Center by 3:00 p.m. for the return trip to Roberts. Last year everyone was ready to leave the event by 2:00 p.m.

If this sounds like FUN to you, then don’t hesitate. Talk to your quilting bestie and call the shop to reserve your spots on the bus.
